On February 5th, a serious complaint of abducting a Hindu girl studying in the first semester of Ramakrishna Mahavidyalaya, Kailashahar, has been lodged at the Kailasharah Women's Police Station.  The complaint was filed against Ahmed Ali alias Aahmed Ali, son of Abdul Qadir of the local Chantail Muslim Patti area and classmate of the young woman studying in the same college. 
It was revealed in the news that Ahmed Ali, a young man, had been harassing the Hindu young woman, a college student of the local Jarulatli area, for almost a month.  As a result, the young woman's mother came forward to take her daughter to and from the college. Monday 5th February was the exam date in the college. After the examination was over at around one in the afternoon, everyone came out, but mother started searching for her daughter but couldn't. Finding no trace, finally approached the Mahila Thana with the help of the Kailashahar branch of the Rashtriya Hindu Sangathan. 
As the matter was highly sensitive and came under the notice of Rashtriya Hindu Sangathan, Kailasahar branch, the police swung into action as soon as the complaint was received. Agartala Maharaja Bir Vikram Airport along with various railway stations were also taken into consideration. Finally, within a few hours, Ahmed Ali, the youth belonging to the minority community was arrested from the Agartala airport along with the abducted young girl. It is scheduled to be transferred to the hands of Kailasahar Mahila Thana tonight.
Rashtriya Hindu Sangathan Kailashahar branch has expressed satisfaction with the police's action and success.
